The frame is secured to the ground using heavy-duty base plates and stakes. Each arch tube locks firmly into the base plate with high-strength bolts, creating a stable foundation. For added security, steel ground stakes keep the plates anchored in place, while a more permanent installation can be achieved by bolting the plates directly to concrete piers.

Frame

Precision pre-cut lengths mean every piece fits perfectly together – no measuring, drilling, or cutting required. Assembly is effortless: simply slot the frame together and tighten the bolts for a rock-solid structure that goes up quickly and easily. Strong, durable, and hassle-free.

The frame is anchored to the ground using ground plates and stakes. Each arch tube attaches to the base plate with high-strength bolts to form a solid foundation.  Steel ground stakes anchor the base plates into the ground, or alternatively, if this shelter is to be used on a more permanent basis, bolting the base plates onto concrete piers would be advisable.

The shelter can be built with handyman tools. We recommend:

• A metric ratchet spanner set (2)
• A set of metric long sockets with drill adapter
• Power drill(s) for the sockets makes it easier to tighten up each connection
• Heavy duty mash hammer for the stake pegs
• Spirit level

The shelter is fitted with a premium 610/650 GSM PVC commercial-grade fabric, engineered to withstand demanding outdoor conditions.
